The loop

Training is the game.

Nothing here asks for a second activity. The game reads your log and never writes to it, so the work you were going to do anyway is what moves everything.

  1. Your Hero, idling.

    Log the set

Weight, reps, rest. The workout log is the product, and the game never slows it down.

01 · Train

A training log that earns its place.

The game sits on top of a proper workout log. If you never open the game, you still get a plan, a set-by-set workout engine and honest stats, with or without a connection.

  • A plan built around your week

Pick a goal, a level, your days and your equipment. You get a four-week cycle: two weeks as written, a harder third week, a lighter deload.

  • 60 exercises, three-step form guides

Barbell, dumbbell, machine, band and bodyweight, filtered by muscle, equipment and difficulty.

  • A workout engine that keeps up

Sets, reps, weight, a rest timer, supersets and drop sets. What you did last time sits next to every set.

  • Every target comes with a reason

A “Why” line explains each number: one more rep, a heavier step, a deload on purpose. No black box.

  • Offline first, synced once

The gym basement has no signal. Everything is logged on your phone and syncs later without ever double-counting a set.

  • Stats that show progress

Personal records with an estimated one-rep max, weekly volume per muscle group, a training heatmap and a body-weight log. No progress photos are stored.

Coach

02 · Coach

A personal coach that shows its work.

The Coach is rule-based: the same inputs always give the same answer, it runs on your phone, and every number comes with its reason. It plans training and never gives medical advice.

  • Daily readiness

A ten-second check-in tells you whether to push, hold or ease off today. Five quick answers; nothing in them is a verdict on you.

  • Loads set for you

Every exercise comes with today's weight and reps, and the reason behind them.

  • A weekly review

What you did, where you stalled and what changes next week.

  • A plan that adapts

Accept a change with one tap: an extra set, a swap, a lighter week.

03 · Rewards · The game

Your Hero. Your Titans.

Every logged set feeds six stats on a small pixel-art character. Every day's workout becomes a Titan in chains. None of it changes how you train; it only gives the work a face.

Fair play

Six rules the game keeps.

  1. It fills, it never drains

No decaying meters, no losing state, no punishment for a missed day. A break is part of the plan.

  2. Training is the game

There is no second grind. The game reads your log and never writes to it.

  3. The Coach's plan is the ceiling

Sets beyond the prescription earn nothing, so the game can never push you to overtrain.

  4. Everything is visible up front

No loot boxes and no random drops. Every reward shows before you earn it, and every piece of the wardrobe says how to get it.

  5. Logging stays instant

Game effects never block a set. If an animation could slow you down, it waits.

  6. The Pass buys depth, not power

Link, stats and season levels come at the same speed with or without the Elite Pass.

04 · Gym builder

Build the gym your training pays for.

An isometric pixel-art gym that lives on your Seeker. Place gear, level it up with real work and grow from a Garage to a Legend Hall. Building runs on training, not on the clock: no timers, no waiting and no speed-ups.

06 · Profile · Wallet and chain

Solana is the account, not a gimmick.

Your wallet signs you in. Your pass is an asset you hold. And the rest of your life, the workouts and the health data, stays off the chain on purpose.

  • Seeker and Seed Vault

    In the app

ChainReps talks to your wallet through Mobile Wallet Adapter. On a Seeker that is the Seed Vault Wallet, one tap, and the app never sees a seed phrase or a private key.

  • Sign-In With Solana

    In the app

Your wallet is your account: no email, no password. Every screen others can see shows your handle, never your wallet address.

  • Elite Pass on Metaplex Core

    Next: devnet

An optional asset you mint inside the app and pay for in SOL. It opens the Coach and extra depth in the game, and the app checks it on-chain. It is a feature licence for the app.

  • Forge avatar

    Planned

An avatar that costs only the network fee to mint. Its on-chain attributes follow the streak tier you have earned, updated once a week in a single batch.

  • Solana dApp Store

    Launch targeted early 2027

ChainReps ships through the Seeker's own app store, signed with a key used only for that store. There is no Google Play version.

On the chain

  • A signed message that proves you own your wallet
  • The Elite Pass, held in your wallet
  • Your Forge avatar and its attributes
  • The app's own dApp Store release

Never on the chain

  • Workouts, sets, reps and weights
  • Body stats, check-ins and nutrition
  • Hero stats, Link, Fuel and XP
  • Your gym layout and your streak

The rule we build by: something goes on-chain only if someone other than us has to be able to check it, or it has to outlive the app. Everything else stays in an ordinary database. A public ledger is the wrong place for health data, and a hash of it is no better.

What minting will look like

The mint happens inside ChainReps and is signed in your own wallet. If the connection drops after you approve, the app keeps the transaction signature and offers to check it again, so a payment never leaves you without a way to recover. Price and edition size will be published here before minting opens.

  1. BuildThe app prepares the transaction, with the current price read from the mint itself.
  2. ApproveYour wallet shows it. Nothing moves until you approve.
  3. ConfirmThe app waits for the network and shows honest progress.
  4. UnlockOwnership is verified on-chain and the Coach opens.

07 · Roadmap

Built in public, status and all.

Two lanes: getting ChainReps into the Solana dApp Store, and the game layer on top of it. The counts below are straight from our own task tracker, as of 12 October 2026. Plans move; when they do, this page says so.

Road to the dApp Store

5 of 12 milestones done

  1. Foundation

    Done

The app boots on a real Seeker and every automated check is green.

  2. Data and wallet sign-in

    Done

Rows are locked to their owner and a wallet signature logs you in.

  3. Design system and onboarding

    Done

The Kinetic look, five tabs, health screening and a first-run flow.

  4. Training, end to end

    Done

Plan, workout, save and offline sync, with the library and stats around it.

  5. XP, streaks, quests and leagues

    Done

The reward layer, tested against a year of simulated play.

    In progress

Readiness, loads, weekly review and nutrition log are built; the last device checks are still running.

  7. The game layer

    In progress

Hero, Gym, Titans, Fuel. It has its own lane in the next column.

  8. Elite Pass on devnet

    Next

Mint, pay, verify and unlock, rehearsed on Solana's test network first.

  9. Forge avatar and security review

    Planned

The evolving avatar, plus a written security checklist before any mainnet transaction.

  10. Polish and screen sign-off

    Next

Every screen checked on a device, in both themes, at large text sizes.

  11. Mainnet and dApp Store submission

    Planned

One real mint from a real wallet, then the store review.

  12. Launch

    Planned

Targeted for early 2027. We will say so here if that moves.

08 · FAQ

Straight answers.

What is ChainReps?

A workout log with plans, a personal Coach and a pixel-art game on top, for Android and built for the Solana Seeker. You log sets, the Coach tells you what to lift and why, and the work you do builds your Hero and your gym.

Is it free?

Downloading and using ChainReps is free. That includes the workout log, plans, the exercise library, stats, XP, streaks, quests and the game: your Hero and the gym you build. The optional Elite Pass, paid in SOL, opens the Coach, extra plan slots and extra depth in the game, and it does not make anything in the game faster or stronger. The Pass is not live yet.

Which parts of the game exist today?

The Hero (creator, six stats, wardrobe) and the gym builder, with Build Mode, the shop and tier-ups, run on Seeker test builds. Titans, Fuel and Flow come next. The roadmap above shows the real task counts and what is still planned.

Is the Coach an AI?

No. The Coach is rule-based: the same inputs always give the same answer, it runs on your phone, and every target comes with its reason. There is no chatbot. It plans training and never gives medical advice.

Do I need a Solana Seeker phone?

No, but ChainReps is built for it. Other phones on Android 7.0 or newer need a wallet app that supports Solana's Mobile Wallet Adapter. We have not published a list of tested devices yet.

Do I need crypto or a wallet?

You sign in with a Solana wallet, so your wallet address is your account and there is no email or password. You do not need to hold anything to use the free features. The app also has a guest mode that keeps everything on your phone. The Elite Pass is the only thing that costs SOL, and it is optional.

Does the app use my camera?

No. ChainReps has no camera and no microphone permission. You log sets by hand.

What happens to my training and health data?

Your workouts, sets, body log and check-ins stay on your phone unless you turn sync on. They never go on the blockchain, not even as a hash. If you sync, they are stored in the EU and you can export or delete them. Body stats and check-ins count as health data and are handled with extra care. Read the privacy policy for details.

Is there any gambling or pay-to-win?

No. The game has no loot boxes and no random drops, every reward is shown before you earn it, and the Elite Pass buys depth, space and identity, not speed or strength. Link, the in-game currency, comes from training only.

When will it launch?

We are targeting the Solana dApp Store in early 2027. Leave your email and we will tell you the day it is live. The roadmap shows where we are today.

Is it good for beginners?

Yes. Plans run from complete beginner to advanced, and you set your goal, level and weekly schedule. Every target comes with a short reason, so you learn as you lift.

Is there an age limit?

ChainReps is planned for ages 16 and up in the dApp Store. Minting the Elite Pass and calorie estimates are for adults, 18 and up.
